Nancy Elsner MBTI -Persönlichkeitstyp

Persönlichkeit

"Welcher Persönlichkeitstyp ist {profilename}? {profilename} ist ein {MBTI} -Persönlichkeitstyp in MBTI, {enneagram} - {iv} - {tritype} in EnneArgram, {big5} in Big 5, {socionics} in Socionics."

I don’t know much about her outside of what appears in Housewife Radio, but I think her way of blocking out reality by losing herself in a comforting routine is more indicative of type 9 than 2. As I understand it, 2s generally believe they earn their love via actions and have a sense of pride in themselves because of that. Although Nancy also copes with negative emotions by denying them, placing her in the positive outlook triad (2, 7, 9), she does this through self-narcotization rather than rationalization of the situation (like a 7) or repression of her own desires (like a 2). I believe she’s specifically social 9 because her way of coping with the painful reality she’s found herself in (being all alone after being pushed to her breaking point and killing Henry) is going on autopilot and absorbing herself in work. She responds to the threat of an imminent emotional crisis by saturating her entire mind space—merging said mind space, if you will—with tasks that must be done, all so she can numb herself to the truth and delay her epiphany concerning Henry as long as she can. Her mental (not physical) presence and sense of grounding are consciously rejected in favor of the pleasant reality she constructs for herself, only for it all to come crashing down once details appear amiss.
