I’m actually unsure on his type but I very much doubt ENFJ. His reputation growing up playing football and going into management was always someone who could be quite divisive, his way or no way. When he played football his father said he often ended up with no friends due to telling his teammates what to do all of the time, I can’t see how this behaviour is representative of Fe nevermind dom Fe which is meant to be harmonious. He’s also been described as unendingly curious and inquisitive, unafriad of trying unorthodox methods in order to create a winning formula which I can see as Ni or Ne with inferior Si. With this information I’d say he’s either an ENTP that’s had to develop his Fe going into management or an NTJ of some sort, potentially even INTP. I think there are options that need to be considered before ENFJ.
