Evan is Scottish, which causes him to have a very heavy Scottish accent. He seems to have no emotions, and no remorse for everything he has ever done. Evan might be as bad or even worse than Bill. Evan enjoys watching people die, and just laughs at it. He very reserved, and owns a couple of Russian weapons that could end the world. No one knows how he obtained them, but no one dares to even talk to him. He is the polar opposite of his sister Barbara. He is a femboy.
