Devil Fruit Personalities

Devil Fruits are supernatural fruits that each grant a unique power when eaten, at the cost of removing the eater's ability to swim. A Devil Fruit power can only be held by one individual at a time, but will reappear in a new fruit after they die. In turn, no individual may acquire more than one power, with only one historic exception. Devil Fruits exist along three broad categories: Paramecia, the most common, which grant a vast array of "superhuman" abilities; Zoan, which grant the power to transform into animals; and Logia, the rarest and most powerful, which grant the power to transform into a natural element. Each fruit has a unique appearance, making identification and documentation possible, although there is at least one known case of a fruit being renamed and rebranded.
