Working as a busboy for Fennel Fields, Adrian Chase became the ruthless Vigilante, killing anyone he saw fit to in the name of justice. He came to see Peacemaker as the ultimate personification of what a superhero should be, given their similar ideologies and attempted to be his best friend.
