Fi and Ti are really similar functions at the end of the day. whether you see her as one or the other is a pretty fun rorschach test. Ne-Si with an Se blind spot is hilariously prevalent, though; had there been an INXP option, i would choose it i don't really see her as a 4, though. she's not someone who rolls around in their suffering or is masochistic in any way. she actually demonstrates an avoidance of internal pain by how she treats her drawings and misleads the player about her school days. she repeatedly shows a need to rationalize as well. also, it seems to me that she's motivated and influenced a lot by anxiety. very conflict avoidant. i could see her as being a 9, too. just an oddly cerebral one it's hard to say, she is deeply ill after all. this is just my impression of her
