spoilers for Luocha's quest: I take it all back, Luocha's quest confirms that she in fact is an Ne dom. Her assumptions and theories didn't come from a Se-Ni but instead possibilities she derived from how she perceives things Ne-Si. She was under the impression that this scenario was akin to a detective novel she read thus made a lot of possibilities as to what Luocha which doesn't adhere to the concrete reality (Se) but instead her own personal grasp of reality (Si). She made a lot of possibilities and scenarios of Luocha's journey without any seizable evidence or proof and added unnecessary and unconfirmed information just to spice up the story. Also don't forget Ne Doms are also present oriented.
Biografia
A clever, quirky girl who is enthusiastic about all things girls her age are enthusiastic about. She travels with the Express, always bringing along her camera with the belief that one day she will be able to take a photo of something related to her past. She was found in a piece of drifting eternal ice and freed by the Astral Express Crew. When she awoke, she couldn't remember anything about herself or her past. Though initially feeling dejected about this lack of identity, she decided to name herself after the date of salvation. And thus, on that day March 7th was born.
