I have never seen such a strong Si-Fe, very obvious from the start. Vera's style of leadership surround the rules and only the rules. She is great when it comes to management and constantly worries about the functionality of the prison, she has an excellent memory where she is able to remember names and faces accurately (she recognised Maxine as a man for example), whatever happens she follows the instructions and enforced protocols no matter what. And as The Freak once noticed about her Vera fears change and unusual ideas and events. She is quite emotional and insecure and always people-oriented. Once in a blue moon does her weakest function, Ne, take action and go along with a new concept unless she was forced to do it but she still comes up with new ideas under severe pressure.
