Because of the way which Naranjo lists that 8s are “sensory-motor dominant”, which in itself speaks to a physical trait and not a cognitive one, It would be closer to socio Se that is based on Te and Ni and is correlated by him to the Se-dom due to being captured in the grounded, concrete reality even if Te and Se are both grounded and factual where one just perceives with it and one judges with Sensorimotor Dominance is meant to explain two things; It does not seek emotional/spiritual intensity (like the Four), rather physical intensity. This is an extension of Ichazo's concept of the Body/Conservation Types, in how they are focused on survival; he explains this through the nourishing of the gut/stomach. They don't have interest in subjects that aren't empirical. This ties into their cynical nature, how they don't trust things that seem like a fraud; so that they don't get duped by others, therefore better stick to what is known/objective.
