Axl is a young Maverick Hunter with shapeshifting abilities. He is a stray prototype of the New Generation Reploids, meaning he contains a kind of Copy Chip. He was once a member of the vigilante group Red Alert, but defected to the Maverick Hunters thanks to Sigma's interference.
