yes she has a good Ne but she uses her Ne for her Fe motivations (to be useful for others, to help others, to have an impact in a group). Ne dom would solve a problem or using their skills for their sake of exploring the world, or like they prioritize the exploring first before people (just look at Chrome who's a real ENFP). and she's not a Te inferior (Fi dom) bcs she doesn't sound negative and insecure about her motivations "need to be useful". thus Te inferior usually internalized it bcs it's their insecurity, unlike Suika who's open about her motivation
