Definitely Te savior with how he prioritizes logic in the real world and deals with logical arguments with other people, especially peers like doctors and researchers. Has a huge ego and goes after what he values, he doesn't care about other's irrational opinions and feelings he loves to put others in their place, so Fi>Fe I think he loves to wipe his butt with traditions and dogma and when confronted with religious and narrow minded people, seems to enjoy making a mess of things. I don't understand why he feels an urge to do that. Needless cruelty, maybe an Fi ego thing? Generally for research you need Ne to gather patterns and Ni to organize patterns that arise from data. This could mean that he's Ni and Virginia Ne dom from what I've seen their discussions. He abuses alcohol so maybe Se grip? But he does that rarely, he seems to have it under control unlike Dr. Austin Langham which I suspect is ESTP, an Se dom. He occasionally does weird acts of kindness like caring for and befriending his son's bully after traumatizing him emotionally in a terrible attempt to protect his son, hiring Virginia, helping Betty, helping Barton after hurting him terribly and same for Virginia. More Fi weirdness, honestly. Tempted to say it's Fi grip, but usually that manifests in identity crises and not doing what they value...which is not Bill's case, he does what he wants all the time. So he's not ENTJ even though he manages a company and many people. When he has a grip it's Se with alcohol and almost banging the young surrogate and not an Fi grip. I dunno he's so hard for me to type him. He has a moral code he doesn't seem to struggle with it like an ExTJ may struggle with. When he does go against his morality it's to achieve his goal, he seems fully aware and guilty even before he does the terrible deed. Like the Barton blackmail or many times he screws Virginia or Libby over.
