I think he's a 5w6 instead of a 5w4. 5 - He fears of being useless. This is more obvious in the manga, wherein he confesses to Tasuki about him being late and his regrets about it. It could also be seen during the chapters wherein his mark disappears and reappears due to his lack of control over his powers. 6 - His reasons for wanting to be a government official. His father was unjustifiably murdered, which prompted him to use his powers (intelligence) to improve the governing system of his country. In Eikoden (if you count it as canon), he reincarnates into his new body after wandering as a spirit when he thought the world needs his intelligence again. It might sounds like how a 1 would want to take action against something deemed as evil. However, he seems to want to tackle this from behind the scenes rather than being upfront about it. Also, the short arc around him seems to be revolving the fact that he is anxious about what he does and needs reassurance that he is doing something good for the team. There can't be a 4 as his wing since he's too focused on how to make the world more secure rather than focusing on himself internally.
