Thomas Bilyeu (born 1976) is an American entrepreneur best known as a co-founder of Quest Nutrition, the second-fastest-growing private company in North America on the Inc 5000 for 2014. He was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. Bilyeu and his wife, Lisa, started Impact Theory, a for-profit media company designed to "leverage the self-sustaining power of commerce to radically influence global culture." Impact Theory has a 3-stage business plan: Stage 1: Community Building. Stage 2: Incubation. Stage 3: Building and Selling.
