"Henry I was a skillful, intelligent monarch who achieved peace in England, relative stability in Normandy, and notable administrative advances on both sides of the Channel. Under Henry, the Anglo-Norman state his father had created was reunited. Royal justices began making systematic tours of the English shires, but, although his administrative policies were highly efficient, they were not infrequently regarded as oppressive. His reign marked a significant advance from the informal, personal monarchy of former times toward the bureaucratized state that lay in the future. It also marked a shift from the wide-ranging imperialism of earlier Norman leaders to consolidation and internal development. In the generations before Henry’s accession, Norman dukes, magnates, and adventurers had conquered southern Italy, Sicily, Antioch, and England. Henry won his major battles but preferred diplomacy or bribery to the risks of the battlefield. Subduing Normandy in 1106, he contented himself with keeping domestic peace, defending his Anglo-Norman state against rebellion and invasion, and making alliances with neighbouring princes.". I am not sure how people deduced INTJ 8 from that, it seems like he has strong vision and focused on internal fixing only focusing outside affairs in the matters of diplomacy and peacehood. He's definitely a high Te user with good vision, if not INTJ then i postulate ENTJ, also making alliances, not favouring nobility in positions and assigning people on merit seem like sp3 or social 1 with 3 fixed, there was no rigorous need for vengeance and conquer which is present in 8s, he's definitely cited as being harsh and oppressive, but that was to reserve his stability and his "perfect" bureaucracy all lead me to assume he's a social 1 XNTJ more than 8 for sure.
Biografia
The youngest son of William the Conqueror. William apparently recognized Henry's commanding tendencies from the beginning, and bequeathed him cash rather than land holdings, acknowledging that Henry would soon end up with everything anyway. Henry moved quickly to secure the treasury after his brother's death and was aided by Robert being far away, returning from a crusade. Among his arguments in favor of his accession to the English throne over Robert was "porphyrgeniture"—he argued that his claim was strongest since he was "born in the purple", i.e. born to William I while he was King of England. He granted a charter which would form the basis for future documents such as the Magna Carta, and undertook extensive legal and financial reforms during his reign.
