Pauline Kael tipo de personalidade mbti

Personalidade

"¿Qué tipo de personalidad es Pauline Kael? Pauline Kael es un tipo de personalidad ESTJ en mbti, 1w2 - sx/sp - en enneagram, en Big 5, LSE en Socionics."

Her writing is very much Te-Ne with Si shaping her views. She had a very sensory,anti-intellectual,tactile puritanism in her views on criticism which she defended with a very sharp, stripping Te. It is very apparent in the critical feud between her and Sarris and by extension Jonathan Rosenbaum (INTP). Their deconstructionism has different priorities. Kael (with Si-Ne) focuses on how the different formal elements of a film contribute towards building a perceptual art piece and any abstract analysis further than that drawing upon associations of film theory ideas or 'Auteur' readings undermines the limitations of the viewer and the specificity of the medium. This can be seen in her preference for early DePalma, Peckinpah, etc. Rosenbaum values how the formal elements of a film go towards building a abstract, well formed viewpoint that contributes in the evolution of novel ideas in the medium and film theory. This can be seen in his preference for Jarmusch, later day DePalma,Godard, etc. Obviously, she was, despite some of her ideas, a wonderful writer with very insightful views on many films and her influence on American criticism is well documented.
