He’s definitely INTJ…intuition itself is very hard to define in a person, but Hun’s entire personality is very straight-forward, blunt and he doesn’t beat around the bush. I don’t see the intrigue of a Ti-dominant in him, or the exploration of ideas like an Ne-auxiliary user would in Cha Hun: [dominant Ni:] [on what “live performances mean to him] “Like a film. I remember the time I get on stage, but after it’s over I have no memories of it. It’s because I finish performing there after having so much fun.” [on his first impressions on Seunghyub] “White? I’m not saying his skin is white. I’m saying it felt like, ‘if this person was a color, he would be white.’” These quotes alone, showcase a glimpse of his Ni. Abstract concepts like color (‘if Seunghyub was a color, he would be white’), to attributing concerts to a film, all of these things are concepts and perceptions that only make sense to him. He’s not constructing an inner logic system like a dominant Ti user would, it’s inner perception and the essence of reality. Notice how he doesn’t pay attention to any details that reality depicts – he’s gathering the essences of the object (Seunghyub = white, concerts = film). That’s introverted intuition, skimming over reality and depicting a picture of what that object means to the user. [auxiliary Te:] Seunghyub: It’s like saying is the chicken first or the egg first. Or is the chick first? Hun: Chicken is first. When we think of evolution, the seafood organisms that lived inside the water, they are up on the land avoiding the natural enemy… Extraverted thinking itself is more focused on outside sources and ideas based on factual evidence proven and accepted by the community. Hun uses it to reason with Seunghyub opposed to introverted thinking (‘When we think about evolution, the seafood organisms…’), instead of pondering on it further and answer in an unsure manner, he sounds extremely confident in his answer, and he came up with that in mere seconds after thinking about it too. [tertiary Fi:] “If it’s happiness priorities as Cha Hun the individual, not as N.Flying, then it would be Romang.” “A nice person doesn’t do these things because they think they’re nice. A nice person is someone who influences me to do nice things for them. That’s a nice person I think.” [on how he’ll survive the summer] “First of all, I won’t ever go out. It’s how I enjoy summer in my own way!” Hun has a personal value system of his own, although it’s not that evident. He’s driven by subjective values opposed to objective (‘whoever influences me to do nice things for them -> nice person’), and not what the group or society views as such. He has expressed numerous times how he loves Romang and cats, his influences in music, his passion and mastery in guitar, and his own pursuits and dreams. [inferior Se:] “I don’t go out. He hates exercise and he’s a well-known homebody. He despises highly-sensory activities and unknown territory, and this reflects a lot in Seunghyub’s camps. When Seunghyub planned them to ride e-bikes, and it never went through, Hun was the only one who smiled. He expressed nervousness when they were going on a deserted island, and he said on live he couldn’t sleep because the insects were bothering him. He dislikes getting massaged because he HATES being touched.
