There is NO WAY she's ENTP. In Episode 43, Sango/Coral literally acts like a brat and goes, "Do you not consider how I feel?" (with the emphasis on 'I') after knowing that Liko had gotten the Diglett Sweets instead of her, and how she had opened the packaging herself despite it being limited edition. In the same episode, when Onyx/Sidian tells her that they needed to leave (because of the mission for the Black Rayquaza), Sango/Coral simply goes "but there's nothing on that island!" showing that she only cares about what satisfies her at the destination instead of the Explorers' goal. Very obvious Fi. She's 100% ESFP.
