-old argument- ep 85 cleared up all misunderstandings! levi is an ENFJ whos currently having an empathy burnout fe dom “you cant help but try to please everyone around you” fe users put maintaining harmony first. he adopted the "good student" role to manage his father's emotions and avoid being a "burden", but his father didnt get that levi was trying to make his life easier. his honest intentions were met with lying and hiding, causing immense fatigue. levi was on survival fe mode- "lived" through his father’s moods, trying to protect him, which left no room for levi’s own identity. ni-ti loop secondary ni makes him future-oriented. due to stress, levi’s gotten into this loop worrying about catastrophic future outcomes, overthinking, not catching a break. this creates the feeling that "everything is moving so fast" because his brain is trying to solve problems that haven't even happened yet. finding relief in se “it’s ok to feel things, just remember to breathe” those words made a huuge impact, weight off levi’s shoulders. ENFJ find peace by coming out of their heads and back into their bodies. fe-se loop not being able to use ni during stress made levi fall into this loop. making impulsive decisions like moving to mom’s place and getting a haircut
