I think millennials are voting themselves as INTJ. I suspect they're mistaking their conscientiousness (of problems in the world) with analytical strategic thinking (example: 60% of millennials have no long term plan (cnbc), not very INTJ). Using Strauss-Howe, millennials are on the Diplomat Axis (INFJ, INFP, ENFJ, ENFP), due to their conscientiousness. As a 'hero/civic generation' they desire to solve problems other gens ignore, this is why millennials (left & right) want to shove politics (and reminders of the problems of the world) into literally everything, so that one cannot escape and is force to do something. Now you might say, "but zoomers do that too". Zoomers are following the current trend that millennials basically created (or mainstreamed), & are less enthusiastic (compared to millennials at the same age), you won't find zoomers saying "seeing ____ movie is saving lives", & zoomer's are willing to be ironic/absurd about issues millennials take it dead serious(either totally love or hate no nuance).
