Personalidade

"¿Qué tipo de personalidad es Tang Sanzang, Tripitaka, Xuanzang? Tang Sanzang, Tripitaka, Xuanzang es un tipo de personalidad ISFJ en mbti, 1w9 - so/sp - en enneagram, RLOAN en Big 5, ESI en Socionics."

In the book, he shows up as ISFJ. His understanding and recognition is so S focusing on details and current situation in comparison to Monkey King’s strong intuition in spiritual/religious studies. In the tv drama of 1986 and 1982, Tang is so much considerate, sympathetic, social and warm towards other humans than the character in the book itself. So more like a moody INFP, especially the one performed by Chi Chong Rui. In the tv drama of 2000, the sequel of the journey to the west, he acted as a perfect deep thinker and spiritual percipient master, and meanwhile, he is so much humanity caring. Shows so warm and tolerant. He seems more like INFJ, a real master of charity and religious intuition. In the tv drama in 1996, he acted so persistent and levelheaded. Fair/objective rather than merciful and kind. Probably a Thinking rather than Feeling. And his strong percipience of spiritual world is as high as the on of 2000 drama, so a high intuition. Probably a INTP/J.

Biografia

Tang Sanzang is a fictional Buddhist monk and pilgrim who is a central character in the 16th century novel Journey to the West by Wu Cheng'en. His birth surname was Chen (陈),but having been found in a river as a baby--he was abandoned after birth--he was given the name Jiāng Liú (江流; this 'milk name' literally meaning "River Float", a nod to the fact that he was found in a river). When he first became a monk, his Dharma name is Xuánzàng (玄奘; literally meaning "Great Mystery"). Later, upon swearing brotherhood with the Tang Emperor, he gains the new surname, Tang (唐), and for the pilgrimage, he is called by the new given-name/epithet, Sānzàng (三藏, The "Three Baskets"; referring to the Tripiṭaka), but is also widely known by his courtesy name Tang Seng (唐僧, the "Tang Monk").
