Isn’t his Fe too developed to be inferior? He relishes in the presence of others and plays off of them extremely well and is one of the last people you would call detached from people - aka, finding it difficult to understand others. He works well with others, doesn’t say anything “rude” on accident: when he does, it’s intended to create a punchline for an ostensibly warm, upbeat banter/bit. He soaks up people’s reactions. Tsukino Mito mentioned a story from a meeting where Kanae lied about something “that had no benefit to him” except seeing the reaction when he revealed he was lying. It’s clear that his charisma drew people, not proficiency in academics. I don’t see solid evidence for Ti-dom nor auxiliary Ne, either. I’m very much leaning toward xNFJ for Kanae, perhaps even ENFJ.

Kanae (叶) is a male Japanese Virtual YouTuber who is a member of Nijisanji and a founding member of the now-dissolved group, Nijisanji Gamers. Kanae debuted on the 2nd of May, 2018. He's part of Nijisanji's vocal unit ChroNoiR with his friend Kuzuha.
