I think she is a clear INFJ. Her Ni is apparent even in the first episode. She has a clear vision about the house the moment she sees it. She always see the potential of the house and it might turn into. Her secondary Fe is quite obvious too. She is trying to make every ghost happy. Every single one of them. Not just to get them out of her hair, she takes care of them because she really cares. She knows what kind of shows they watch, what they read, learn about their background and families etc.. Spoilers from now on until season 4. Read with caution. She is such a mediator and psychologist in a way. In wedding episode, the way she talked to the brides was super insightful and in one episode she literally made some sort of therapy session to the ghosts. Think of her interactions with every single person she ever met. She literally let a stranger sleep in her backyard for two weeks and almost gave her entire savings to a fake sister. She tries to do everything for everyone and doesn't care for her own needs most of time. Love her ton. Great character. My inferior Fe cries in pain just watching her dealing with all the ghosts and people lol.
