I've been watching the series recently (not finished but post coma) and I'm pretty sure Cyril's biggest wet dream is Archer saying "Good job Cyril" or "I respect you". This sounds like Fe to me, albeit somewhat unhealthy. He wants the collective (Fe) to appreciate his efforts for the company, he is constantly complaining about it. ISTJ would simply do a good job and keep it moving as long as the task is done correctly Si-Te and Si-Fi. I think his lack of firm loyalty to Lana with a side of clinginess while they were dating is a lack of strong Fi and more Se opposing. I think his 'SUPPRESSING FIRE' antics are reflective of weak Se and Te but I'm not a gun person so that may be a stretch. Whenever I see him crying and indulging in some sensual substance I'm pretty sure him in his shadow. There was a scene where he was hitting baseballs with Pam. He puts all his anger into it and attacks the baseball dispenser while raving about how he hates Stirling Archer because he doesn't respect him. A bit off topic but Morty has a similar dynamic with Rick when you compare Cyril to Sterling/Malory Archer, the difference being that Rick picks Morty's insecurity apart and the Archer duo takes advantage of it to better serve themselves (Malory = Goals / Sterling = Boost Ego). This is pure stereotyping but ISTJs are loyalty and consistency incarnate and Cyril is not. If he was in HR instead of Pam it would be a better fit but nobody else cares enough (Si) to go through the nitty gritty administrative accounting details at the company so he deals with it. 6 Core for Cyril fits as whenever he goes to 3 it's always in an arrogant "look at me I am in charge" way which comes across as insecure. "Hey I am the leader for this mission so you have to listen to me and follow my plan!" I don't think the personalities of the characters while Archer is in his coma aren't worth relying upon for typing the real Cyril since it's all made up in Archer's dreams. That's just me though.

ISIS comptroller. A meek, cowardly, and slightly whiny man who dated Lana for several episodes at the start of the series. At times he's been a helpful influence in a few missions, but sticks to ISIS HQ and worries about Lana. Promoted to field agent as of Season 3's "El Contador".
