His Ni is obvious with his comments on his visions of the empire slowly choking the galaxy, his insights into individuals' motives and thoughts, and long term plans. In addition, his thinking and feeling are fairly balanced, so INxJ is almost a certainty. I've outlined in a reply to another comment in more detail why Te-Fi is more likely than Fe-Ti, but in short: He tends to prioritise thinking over feeling in decision making, with feeling having more of an impact the longer he sits with a decision such as with Kreegyr. T->F. With the exception of one speech to Andor early in the show, almost all of his attempts to convince people to take his preferred action uses simple fact based reasoning. There's very little emotional appeal (Te>Fe), with the only exception likely just him recognising how best to convince Andor to join him being to use emotional appeal thus coming across as Fe-Ti. His monologue points towards Te-Fi conflict, with him first working out clear set of actions to take (Te), followed by his dissatisfaction with their consequences (Fi). An Fe-Ti user is still prone to using suspect means to reach their goals, however they are much more likely to try to retain interpersonal relationships and keep people happy due to their Fe, only breaking that when it is clear there is no other option to them with Ti.
