His main motivation was to bring more order and laws into the U world. This sounds a lot like how type 1s have an idea of an ideal world and try to make it a reality. I don't see how he would be a type 8. It seems like people are just voting 8w7 since he's aggressive and tries becoming the authority. But his motivations don't line up with the motivations of type 8, especially not 8w7. 8w9 could even make more sense since the "justice" he wants to achieve might also be motivated by the desire for peace. It's likely that he's an sx 1, but I'm not an expert on IVs or the subtypes. They're the most intense 1s, so that could be why he seems like an 8. I'm not really sure if he's a 1w2 or 1w9, but I think 1w2 makes a little bit more sense since he formed a group in order to help people. 1w2s are usually more focused on the external world while 1w9s can be more avoidant of things because of the 9 wing. Justian doesn't seem like he uses Ni, so ESTJ probably fits him better. He definitely has Te for his dominant function. The whole idea of bringing rules/laws into the U world could be an example of Si. It shows that he relies on the past to make decisions by trying to enforce the laws of the real world to the new U world.
