Death can change a man for sure, he seemed much more practically inclined when he was alive, as he preferred routine, hardwork that is proven and training to become better unlike his brother who just happened to be better and went with the wind (flow hehe) because of his clear Se. Yone was the anchor for Yasuo in a cognitive type of way, he was the opposite… yet so similar because of the extroversion/introversion opposites of their functions. Now, we know Yone was extremely loyal when he was alive, sooo much that that it led to the conflict with his brother which resulted in Yone’s death. His honour to his family and Ionia was so important to him, he even mentions it in a few of his voicelines. « Honour once bound me above all else. » This can present itself in the form of a 6 sp/so which can appear as 1 because of the way they’re organized, have a strong sense of duty and loyalty. Regardless, that doesn’t matter because he isn’t the same man anymore. As he is now, he doesn’t have Si in his top functions anymore, an Si user would surely believe in balance and what is known to them. What they’re used to… Yone to Shen voiceline ; « Balance is a delusion, Shen. Surely you see that now. » It took death for Yone to get out of his Si mentality and see the true world for what it is. As for his current personality he’s an INFJ who takes on the role of the hero. We don’t have other champions that are as aware of azakana as Yone is therefore he takes it upon himself to carry the weight of the true saviour. « It’s too late for you. » « Your doubt betrays you. » « I will save you from yourself. » « Unworthy of my blades. » These quotes have a mystical feel to them, it’s like Yone knows… Yone knows what the others don’t which is what we see as Ni given the complexity of the function and Yone’s character. « With each mask I claim, I come one step closer to understanding my own. » The search for his meaning a very Ni thing to do (not only Ni ik we are all humans, but this is a magical mystical creature/demon) but Yone’s purpose is grander than himself, he’s there to hunt the azakana, contributing to his world (Fe) subconsciously. Compassionate and always on track to do the right thing, Yone’s an INFJ who sticks to his morals (not his beliefs as those were gone when he died (honour and loyalty)). We could even say he’s in a Ni-Ti loop but it’s a reach as he does use his Fe. He processed what happened in the past, what happened to him and what’s happening around him and that’s what leads his Ni. He’s able to predict or warn (in his case, look at his voicelines to the other champs). As for his enneagram, I will be back.
Biografia
In life, he was Yone—half-brother of Yasuo, and renowned student of his village’s sword school. But upon his death at the hands of his brother, he found himself hunted by a malevolent entity of the spirit realm, and was forced to slay it with its own sword. Now, cursed to wear its demonic mask upon his face, Yone tirelessly hunts all such creatures in order to understand what he has become.
