All I wanna say is she has Fi in her ego and an Fe blindspot. Because clearly, she cares about professionalism yet falls short in communication department with her subordinates causing misunderstanding and intimidating them. In comparison, Goblin Slayer has Fe and cares about being able to uphold harmony if possible, but lacks practical experience. I'm leaning towards INTJ since she always talks about intuition over reflecting from the pasts. In addition, she's so intrigued of Goblin Slayer even if she don't say it(So as GS to her). ISTP-INTJ first impression towards each other is similar to them, that they frequently try to psychoanalyze each other.
