Grixin is a mastermind who has been controlling humanity's future because of her power over the rational monsters. She's thousands of years old and she is part of the group who caused the creation of the monsters and the extinction of the ancient masters and she was there when the Citatel project started and she's been ruling humanity's most important city since then, sometimes as the governor but most of the times under the shadows, so no one would discover she ages slower than a common person.
