Biographie
User knows everything. Either literally everything, or simply everything worth knowing under the circumstances. The Omniscient usually appears as an oracle (mad or otherwise), and/or leader of The Omniscient Council of Vagueness. For The Omniscient to face a moral dilemma without becoming an omniscient hero, the dilemma has to remain very abstract. In philosophy, many thought-experiments are based on the outright or implied premise "What would The Omniscient do?"
