I've already read the novel before reading the manhwha, and I see him as INTJ all along. Don't type him right away in the first few chapters when he's still a normal knight, he doesn't actually show his ways of thinking yet. Michaelis is very driven abt how the world should be & thrives towards a society where his race can live peacefully (Ni), precisely the reason why in Eve's previous life he killed the imperial family to become king. And imo, Michael in that life is also him in his truest personality. In this life, he chose to stay loyal to Evenrose bc he finds her the one that actually cares for him & his race rather than trying to exploit or consume him. That is to note that his decision to get imprinted by Evenrose comes from a personal like & dislike (Fi). He chose to lay his hope in Eve bc he personally likes to & want to, not out of valuing the universal sentiment that Eve brings to the surroundings (Fe), all of his decisions are from what he innately wants & drives towards his own personal emotions & opinions (Fi).
