I don't see how she could use Fi rather than Fe. He whole plot involves how much she hides her "true self" in masks that please everyone - but herself. It makes sense for her to be on the Theater Club, yeah she was too idealistic like an Ni-dom, but she plays a good roles to avoid all of that which seems more like Fe. One of her "Personas" is the one to be seen as competent, which might look like Te. But again, it's all an act, I think this is more her Ti-auxiliar from IxFJs that make them look productive, if she were to be an INTJ she would use Fi-auxiliar, which is about moral judgement. In the end, her presentation is more Socially Adaptable than Work Oriented or Morally Authentic, for this Fe > Te / Fi.
