Definitely INTJ. You can see his insight as a Ni dom the way he is planning the battles with the end goal in mind. Whatever plans he comes up with (both in coalition arc and gyou arc) he knows how to manipulate the board so that it always reaches the exact point he wanted to. and the methods used by him clearly show a very strong Te although not as strong as the Ni.
