Bosco was obviously Te-Si for clear reasons, but Hightower, on the contrary, values effectiveness more than procedure and rules: as long as Jane was effective, she was very reasonable with his methods. She was able to see the big picture behind and therefore went along with it. Exactly what makes her Se child also evident when Red John frames her and she quickly adapts to Jane's plan to escape from the building (just to mention one example). Biographie
A Special Agent sent in as Minelli's replacement. She's hard-working and very bright, as Jane remarks just upon meeting her. Madeleine was married prior to her introduction, and is on the middle of getting divorced. She is also the mother of two kids.
