With regards to people asking "where is his Ti": his Ti is always there, the movie simply chose not to focus on it. Simple as that. Instead, the movie gave a glimpse towards his Fe-inf, where—due to desperate circumstances—it reminded him of important values, like the fate of humanity on this ship. At the end, he was driven to save everyone at the expense of himself. This is an exemplary Fe trait. Notice how Aurora only focused on her feelings this entire time? The fact that he didn't really have much to say with regards to his reason of travelling to Homestead II proves he isn't an Fi-dom. The reasons he stated were nothing concerning his feelings or passions. His Se is obvious though, as shown through his reckless "YOLO" phase, at least we can agree with that.
