For the INTJ votes. I think we're confusing his superpower with cognitive functions. Yeah he may have the ability to predict future moves, but I'm not sure that really has anything to do with his personality. If you completely got rid of his quirk, you'd be left with Si. His ability to remember very specific details about mainly physical characteristics is pretty evident of Si. He also uses past knowledge to figure out how to use his power to his advantage. There's also the argument that inferior Se isn't very probable either.
