Somebody being nice and helpful doesn't make them an e2. An e2 operates off the need to be needed. They feel that they can only earn people's love and admiration if they can do something for that person. A social 9 very much resembles an e2, but their motivation is completely different. They're motivated to be kind, nurturing, and helpful because of their desire for harmonious and positive surroundings. They also lack a clear internal world and this leads to their fixation being on others rather than themselves. I know we didn't see a ton of Paige's personality on the show and she was a kid, but from what we saw and what I see of her on social media nowadays, I think social 9 makes a lot of sense. She's positive, cheerful, and people-oriented, but doesn't seem to have that distinct people-pleasing air of an e2. I also can't see a speck of pride in her. Psychospiritual sloth, which is how sloth manifests in an e9, makes much more sense.
