Silvio's role in the soprano crew is not only to advise Tony based on his own experience but also to serve as a liason between the boss and his various soldiers and captains. The Patsy vs Christopher conflict in No-Show is also a good example of this. Silvio first advises Tony that the people in Paulie's crew felt Patsy shouldve been acting capo over Christopher despite Tony's decision. He then backs Patsy over Christopher when deciding to steal from the job site. Both of these scenarios are a good example of Sil attempting to maintain group harmony (Fe). This leads me to believe he's an ISFJ.
