Pretty sure he is an ENFP with strong Te. If you watch his videos, you can sort of tell he is a Fi dom/aux with how he voices his opinion about the various topics he talks about after giving the objective facts. Although Fi is not very obvious because it is an introverted function, from his viewpoints from various topics and his way of approaching topics, you can see that he is very in touch with his personal moral compass and likes to voice out his opinion based on it to the audience, like the "How I feel about this". His Ne also shines a lot in with support from his Fi where he is constantly asking the opinion of others on a topic to amass a breadth of viewpoints to add on to the discussion. He is definitely not a Ni because although he has his own viewpoints he feels strongly about, he is always more of the "here's my opinion, but how bout yours?" type of guy that is open to various standpoints regarding a topic that help to shape his own viewpoint after internalising them. As such, you can see he approaches things with Fi (my opinion on this) rather than Te (eg pointing out effectiveness of measures, possible outcomes, alternative solutions, use of resources, concerns and possible problems).Moreover, you can see his Si in how he references past events, including personal ones such as how his son is interested in nail-painting, to support his idea of how parenting should be done based on morals.
