Just how made his plan and used his Te to seem like he was friendly and straight forward with people just seems like Ni-Te usage to me so that's my typing for now because he could have stronger Te than Ni but I didn't see it since he seemed self motivated with his plan than involved others values more than his. I could be wrong because I haven't seen this movie in awhile. He could also be ENTJ since he doesn't show much Fi through most of the movie and could have use Se just based on how he adapted his appearance throughout the movie.
