Great example of a Te dom character who is also kind and empathetic. Fantastic at managing tasks and getting results fast and efficiently, with many people who work there also admiring her for “running the ER.” I would say she’s an even better leader than Robby with the way she connects easily with others (although also comes across intimidating, especially toward the new student in season 2 now). Langdon was also a bit on edge when making amends with her, too. But she forgave him because ultimately he’s an asset inside the ER and gets his work done and that’s what’s more important to Dana than troubles he’s had with drugs in the past. An example of Si-Ne is when she bonded with the prisoner patient over having similar past experiences and found a way to keep him inside the clinic rather than go back to prison where he was not being fed properly by messing with the oxygen machine- forgive me if that’s improper medical terminology lol (has no issue with him being a criminal, prioritizing patient care).
