She doesn't have FI at all. Her goal is literally to please others and be beautiful so that the prince will like her. She’s easily influenced by her mother; she doesn’t have the power to decide what surgery to have or what dress to wear. She’s practically willing to risk her eyesight just to have beautiful eyelashes—to please her mother and win over the prince. She is willing to cut off her toes just so the shoe will fit, all to be with the prince. These are signs of insane FE and a blind instinct for self-preservation. I know she may exhibit some "stereotypical" ENFP behaviors, but let's not confuse a dominant NE with a tertiary NE. She is a very obvious ESFJ 3w2 sx/so.
