Isn’t Wheatley a really unhealthy 6w7? He literally oozes the nervy, insecure, friendliness that unhealthy 6w7s use to mask their inner terror and ensure they get the support they crave. At the beginning of the game he doesn’t feel like he can leave his rail, yet he risks it when Chell is there for support. When Wheatley gets a taste of power, he goes towards the negative side of 3, doubling down on the image-orientated 3 already in his tritype. He wants to look the part of the ‘big man,’ but he lacks both the temperament and competence to do well in the role.
Biographie
An artificially intelligent "personality core" reassigned to ensure the wellbeing of the test subjects. Practically a polar opposite to GLaDOS, Wheatley appears friendly and slightly scatterbrained. He helps Chell in her second run through Aperture Laboratories, but accidentally revives GLaDOS.
