i can’t see her as a core 3, even with the countertype argument, type 3s are much less outwardly anxious and they do things to look good in general, not to look good specifically to authority figures. just because someone is ambitious doesn’t mean they’re a 3, she’s searching for security by getting the approval of authority figures (specifically Holt, who is also stated to be like a father figure to her) and following the rules which would be much more typical of a so6 and not a 3, 3s seek self worth through looking good and achieving things and that doesn’t seem like it’s more of a motivation to her than security and safety through following rules and pleasing authority figures. also, i don’t think a 3 would be as strict about following rules and having structure as she is, she’s strict about these things because it makes her feel safe and prepared, when she isn’t able to follow these plans and rules and things turn out unexpected she panics and gets anxious which indicates she follows all of these rules and plans everything to gain security and not to look good to others. (it also indicates her inferior Ne, she dislikes change and becomes easily anxious when things don’t go as expected) her competitiveness is likely a result of her 3 fix or disintegration and i really don’t think she should be typed as a 3 core purely because she’s competitive and ambitious, it has much more to do with underlying motivations and it’s important to take into consideration the entire personality of the character, her character as a whole seems to show many more so6 traits than sp3 traits. if anyone has other arguments i’d like to hear them but for now i haven’t seen anything to convince me she’s a 3 core and not a 6 core with a decently strong 3 fix.
