While she might be incredibly caring, friendly and supportive, she most importantly wants Judy to be safe and at the beginning clearly tries to convince her not to pursue the career of a cop due to it being a potentially dangerous profession, and something that mostly goes against her family's values and traditions. She significantly fears what could happen and in a bad mood starts questioning about various possibilities. Seems more of an Ne Inferior. Plus she gives Judy a fox repellent bottle just in case she would find herself in certain danger, due to the irrational distrust for predators or something; i think she doesn't do what would be the best for her daughter, but instead what would be the safest.
