I'd say that he is the one with the least romantic notions regarding the topics they cover, he's the one most likely to go for the fast car as opposed to the historically interesting one or the classy one. He's also the most low brow and clumsy in his banter which all suggests to me that he has the lowest openness of the three. I guess if he's a professional journalist you would expect that he's not got really low openness or anything. He is still living a life where he travels all over the world, pursues various interests and meets lots of new people from different cultures. I'd be inclined to say that his reckless, daredevil, thrill seeking nature correlates with low conscientiousness. Like Clarkson, he has a big personality, he's very expressive and there seems to be little or no subtlety about him so his extroversion seems pretty high.
