I would say Charles Augustus Magnussen is in some sense an intellectually-extraordinary ISTJ. He does see the big picture easily and anticipates everyone's motives or actions but he does however, have a superhuman memory beyond anyone else in the series. Si: His mind palace is infinite space for every single piece of information he uses to blackmail. It's possible he could even remember something as small as the Prime Minister's dog peeing on the White House garden. Te: He is logically systematic, he has leverage on someone, he has power over them. He analyzes and understands how he can use the information. Fi: He indeed perceives his own standards for what is morally just and as such knows how others will react to certain scandals. He seems to enjoy his torturing of other people. Ne: He has a twisted sense of humor in the form of sadistic behavior.
