INTJ for sure. The biggest claim for ENTJ comes from his acceptance of leadership and seems derived in stereotypes of types. An INTJ can be just as accepting and sometimes more accepting of leadership than an ENTJ. As for INTJ, his overarching goal at Alabama was to make them a championship program and he plans far ahead for the future. He is highly active in recruiting and has raised some of the best recruiting classes in his field, supporting his future minded goals. He just seems Ni dominant rather than Te dominant to me.

Nicholas Lou Saban Jr. (born October 31, 1951) is an American football coach who has been the head football coach at the University of Alabama since 2007. Saban previously served as head coach of the National Football League's Miami Dolphins and at three other universities: Louisiana State University (LSU), Michigan State University, and the University of Toledo. Saban's career record as a college head coach is 229-62–1.Saban led the LSU Tigers to the BCS National Championship in 2003 and the Alabama Crimson Tide to BCS and AP national championships in 2009, 2011, 2012, and College Football Playoff championships in 2015 and 2017.
