Leon Powalski is the second-highest ranked member of Star Wolf. He is also insane, and deeply depraved. His first appearances in Star Fox 2 and Star Fox 64 show him to be soft-spoken and self-controlled, but over time he grows more and more unpredictable, and eventually completely Ax-Crazy.
