Biographie
The King of Jötunheim, a Frost Giant, and the biological father of Loki. Over 1000 years ago, Laufey invaded Earth (Midgard) in an attempt to conquer it, but Odin and the Gods came to Earth's aid and pushed them back to Jötunheim and defeated them, and took the Casket of Ancient Winters, a powerful artifact, from them.
